ABOUT YC3

York County Community Coalition promotes well-being in our communities by empowering people and connecting ideas and resources.
A community where everyone belongs, thrives and contributes.

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in York County, Nebraska. YC3 collaborates with community organizations to enhance the services and opportunities available to residents of York County. Our initiatives include providing financial assistance for basic needs, offering coaching and family goal-setting support, and facilitating access to early childhood resources. Additionally, we offer referrals for mental health and counseling services. Through these efforts, YC3 aims to strengthen our community and support individuals and families in achieving their goals.

We recognize not all community members start at the same place, so people need different resources or support to achieve the same outcome-we strive to level the playing field. Authentic and engaging opportunities promote a true sense of belonging. All are co-creators and owners of community. When we have a deeper sense of emotional ownership we help build and nurture.

The work is not about anyone person or organizational power, but rather about community results. We support collective decision making among all partners.

YC3 Meetings

YC3 Large Group Meetings

YC3 holds large group meetings on the third Friday of each month. These meetings are conducted virtually on a monthly basis, with in-person meetings scheduled quarterly. During these sessions, York County organizations will provide updates and discuss upcoming events.
