What is YC3?

  • York County Community Coalition promotes well-being in our communities by empowering people and connecting ideas and resources.

  • A community where everyone belongs, thrives and contributes.

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in York County, Nebraska. YC3 collaborates with community organizations to enhance the services and opportunities available to residents of York County. Our initiatives include providing financial assistance for basic needs, offering coaching and family goal-setting support, and facilitating access to early childhood resources. Additionally, we offer referrals for mental health and counseling services. Through these efforts, YC3 aims to strengthen our community and support individuals and families in achieving their goals.

    The work is not about anyone person or organizational power, but rather about community results. We support collective decision making among all partners.

    Progress is preceded by change and relevance is fueled by challenging the status quo.  Growing partner capacity to meet the changing demands of our community, through a learning, adaptable environment grounded in feedback, data and systems that are efficient and effective.

YC3 Meetings

  • YC3 Large Group Meetings

    YC3 holds large group meetings on the third Friday of each month. These meetings are conducted virtually on a monthly basis, with in-person meetings scheduled quarterly. During these sessions, York County organizations will provide updates and discuss upcoming events.

    The primary objective of this subcommittee is to identify and address the basic needs of the community and ensure that these needs are being effectively met.
