We engage people with different backgrounds, beliefs, experiences and recognize the differences as assets to learning and innovation.  We recognize not all community members start at the same place, so people need different resources or support to achieve the same outcome-we strive to level the playing field.  Authentic and engaging opportunities promote a true sense of belonging.   All are co-creators and owners of community.  When we have a deeper sense of emotional ownership we help build and nurture.

The work is not about anyone person or organizational power, but rather about community results. We support collective decision making among all partners.
